i found my room clean and well-equipped. the shower was great (it had good pressure!). the presence of comfortable chairs was a definite plus.
the check-in process was slightly unconventional, given the reception's location across the road.

The check-in was smooth and efficient. The room provided just enough amenities for my short stay. The interior design included high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable.
The room I had was facing the street, and noise levels were elevated between 1 AM and 4 AM due to pedestrian traffic.

The shower was very good. They participate in Hotels for Trees. I could decline a cleaning of the room. The hotel donates to tree planting.
The car park was difficult to find. I missed the turning and ended up in a one way system. The beds were too hard for me. I found the interior doors kept zero noise out.

i was thankful for the well-stocked room. it had everything i needed. the spacious bathroom was a welcome addition. i liked the fan that was already in place since i arrived during the heat wave.
the operation manager promised to respond, but i did not receive an update.
